Mixed Herb Salad

Salads are healthy yet they can be very satisfying and delicious. I like trying out new recipes and put something together from scratch. It is easy even you are tired. Today, I will share my recipe of Mixed Herb Salad. Made with 6 different herbs and colored with tomato, corn and cheese it is perfect for when you are not very hungry and want to eat something healthy.

Recipe: Mixed Herb Salad

Serve: 1-2 person


  • 1 bunch purslane
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 bunchparsley
  • 1 handful lettuce
  • 1 handful lollo rosso
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 tomatos
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 2 slices of bryndza(or any cheese you like to add)
  • olive oil
  • 1 handful canned corn
  • Black sesame
  • Salt

To assemble salad, cut all greenery, tomatos and cucumbers and mix in a bowl.

Serve in bowls, topping with black sesames, salt and as much olive oil as you like to add. Bon appétit!
